Re-Reformatted

So, after my last post, I ran into some sort of hard drive disk allocation glitch thing. We had to reformat it again. BUT, everything should be sorted out, hopefully.

I’ve just readded everything and I’m running Service Pack 3 on my Windows XP Home Edition. It wouldn’t get past SP2 on the first format.

PITA!

I hope to back everything up to my external h/d sometime this week as well as CD’s/DVD’s.

Formatted

Just formatted my computer, Sophie. She’s running faster now! I backed up all photos and doc’s to my external, so I really have nothing on here. Just have to install iTunes and I’m done! All the graphic programs, Word, etc. are already installed. Yay!

Random Wrong Number

Since this gal texted me the other day I’ve been waiting to hear back from her. Haven’t, so, oh well. She texted the following to my phone:

“Surprise birthday party for corey’s 18th Birthday at the Sanborns House at seven on Sunday the 21st Sanborns live in chest nut hills on the right near the end of the street

Mom Payne”

I replied with my usual, you have the wrong number. But, this time I added a few things since they may need a photographer! It was worth a shot, eh?

Tattoo

Jac got her first tattoo on Saturday! The appt. was pushed back and I didn’t get a chance to go to the crop. She’s got the photos up on her Facebook and I will put them up on Flickr today or tomorrow.

She was a trooper, but I cannot see it really hurting anyone, it’s a tiny, skinny line tattoo.  It’s Violet’s name in ancient Runes. She had it done with dark purple ink. I love it and I know she does too.

Crop

This Saturday is a crop! I went to one in November and did get a lot done. I cannot wait to finish some pages that I’ve started this weekend. I’m doing an “All About Me” page, which needed to be done. I took the photos that I have of myself as a child and teen and I’m going to put them on a page along with the self-portrait I took on my birthday this year.

Upgraded
