Week 5

Starting on week five of Jenny Craig! I didn’t really lose or gain on vacation, which is a great thing. I was down a pound in the morning before eating anything, but I gained .4 of a pound at weigh in. Big deal! *LOL* I know that I lost a pound and I’m PMSing again, so this next weigh in will be a loss of at least 3 more pounds. I did get measured though…I’ve lost a total of 8″!! Wow, eh?

Eating out Wednesday through Sunday didn’t really bother me. I just took an extra plate, put what I didn’t want to eat on it and had Greg eat it. :grin: Worked great. We ate subs at Subway, Hard Rock cafe, eggs and ham at Waffle House, dinner at Jess’s and Mexican food as well as a diner with my brother.

I bought a fruit platter to keep in the fridge at the hotel, whenever I wanted something sweet, I just took that out and enjoyed. I had snack bars that I brought with me and kept those in my purse.
