Day 21
Today I could have sworn that I either didn’t lose anything or gained, but, I lost another pound. Pounds lost to date: 4. I punched into a new weight on the scale, woooooooo!
I was wrong on a previous post, ’cause I’m a dork and read the chart wrong! I’m starting week 4, which will be a challenge on vacation. But, I think I’m armed with the correct tools now and I am going to eat out sensibly. I started on Saturday night when Greg and I went out on our date. I took half the food and put it on another plate, Greg ate that for lunch on Sunday!
The next weigh in is next Monday after vacation. I also get measured that day. Hopefully I can show some more weight loss.

congrats:) That’s a great idea about just getting the food right out of your face! LOL!! Makes it easier not to keep stuffing it!! I will try that next time for sure!!

You should! I had 4 sliders and about a million fries in front of me. I took 2 of the sliders and 99% of the fries and moved them to another plate. Ask for an empty plate when you order, then take that food home with you for another meal for your hubby.
