The weekend

We’re watching the baby sleep tonight while her mama goes ice skating with her main man. It’s cool, Greg and I are in the midst of playing Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures on the PS2. We started to play it last night. I was Indy for a while, then once we hit the level where the chick enters, guess who wanted to switch?! *LOL* It’s cool though, we beat The Incredibles a while ago and now we’re working through this one. We did play Lego Star Wars for a while, but then we were in the midst of everything last year and it went by the wayside.

I’m going to pop down to the crop though, before we settle in for the night. I want to hand out the invites for our 4th of July party to the gals there and just to chat for a while. We have an annual party on the 4th. It was on Memorial Day weekend until last summer, then we shifted it. We put a few invites in the newspaper boxes around our little neighborhood last night on our walk. Greg and I have met a few people and want to know them better. Most of our neighbors are pretty nice. One isn’t, but we invited them anyway. I really doubt they will show up and if they do, it’s not a biggie.

Tomorrow is going to be hot here, hot, hot. So, we’re doing the yard work in the evening, probably before we head out to somewhere for our date night.

Wendy sent me an invite to Plurk. Even though I Twitter and I’m on Facebook, I will try Plurk out. If you aren’t a member there, sign up through this link, please. If you are, look me up! Here’s my url there. I don’t know if I like it or not, we’ll see. Thanks for the invite either way Wendy! It’s interesting needless to say.

Tattoo photo that I’m printing to take to the artist tonight!

I have my appointment on the 27th. I want him to see it and figure out how to get a pearl in the middle of it, right on the upper most petal in the center. Know what I mean? Anyhow, that’s the photo, Theresa! I really like it, Greg brought some roses home one day and that was one of the ones I picked out and photographed.

Photos of the old and new fridge behind the “more”. We now have the old one in the garage and the new one was painfully too big. We had to move the upper cabinets over 1″ and the base cabinet as well. It was okay though, Greg did it gracefully.

Have a good weekend everyone! TTFN!

The door on our old fridge, stuffed.

Not much room in there!

Old freezer stuffed:

Not a lot of room in the door:

Absurd angle as it wouldn’t fit into the space!

Ah, new fridge!

Sounds like you guys are having a lot of fun. The new fridge looks great. That’s probably the first appliance of ours I’d replace if we had the chance. Who buys a fridge w/o ice/water on the door anymore? Our builder, that’s who. :P

:cloud9: I really am enjoying it! Next thing to be replaced is a microwave for over the stove. That will clear off the entire counter over the dishwasher!
